Built in the early 1900's, this set of apartment buildings has been through several renovations but still keep the same Victorian architecture of the time. There are three buildings total which stand side by side and in order to get inside you need a key or permission from a tenant. Each apartment comes with a kitchen, a living room, a coat closet as well as a linen closet, full bathroom. Depending on which on you choose, you can have either a one bedroom or a two bedroom apartment.
This suburban community was built during the 50's after the bridge was completed but due to concerns of the citizens of Winthrop as well as environmentalists, more was prevented from being built. The community is made up of a few streets, the houses are all the same building style that was popular during that time and it sits at the edge of the woods that make up a majority of Graves Island. Each house comes with a full kitchen and a finished basement, also four bedrooms, a living room, a family room (or dining room), and are two stories high. Only about half of them have garages and if you need an exact number of houses in the neighorhood, you're looking at about 30.
