Personality: To describe her with one word it would have to be "Innocent". She's shy, very hidden, personal, and a bit of a mouse. She hides herself in the scenery and makes sure her presence is missed by all, even if she secretly wishes someone would notice her. Her social abilities are drained to null; she has no idea how to approach people and isn't even sure she would really want to. She's reserved, never doing anything out of the ordinary, and likes things to go according to schedule. She hides behind books and daydreams. When you get to know her, however, she's the good girl with an adorable giggle that could only come from Disney cartoons. You'd believe cartoon birds sing to her and that a price in shining armor is goign to come to save her at any minute.

Appearance: Standing at barely 5'1", Violet is tiny. She's so thin and mousy that "petite" doesn't suit her general appearance. Adorable suits her just fine with obvious gentleness and beauty that shows innocence. Everything about her is miniaturized and perky making her as cute as a button no matter her attitude. She's willowy with gentle curves. She wears her school uniform perfect without any alterations and her everyday wear is usually very clean and sophisticated. Violet's hair is a sooty brown that gets very sepia-toned when under the sun for extended amounts of time. Her eyes are baby blue and not at all gray, but very contrasted to her dark hair that they stand out dramatically. Her lips are perky without being thin lined but still remain like everything else about her, small.

Strengths: She's got the book smarts and intelligence of someone much older than her. She's very strong when it comes to things like computers and trivia. She's a daydreamer, a believer, and a optimist. Although she's a mouse and very quiet, to herself, and easily stirred she also has a sort of grace that makes people comfortable around her. She's got a good sense about her, knows right from wrong, and understands the world at large.

Weaknesses: She's a loner, dubbed a "mouse", and very rarely gets acknowledged unless she's clumsy. Which she is, very clumsy. Always knocking into things or walking straight into walls. She can't seem to keep her body safe from every day objects. Her biggest weakness of all is not understanding people, enough so that its almost like being in a foreign territory. She gets jealous of people who have big families, even when they do nothing but argue.

History: Her mother, who was very young when she had her, died when Violet was only five years old. She then went to live with her Grandmother in Maine. She was home schooled for a greater part of her life and often dreamed of being around other kids. Her Grandmother was strict and wouldn't allow her to even play with other kids in the neighborhood. She was stuck in a great big old house with nothing but books and an imagination.

They moved to Winthrop when she was a teenager and hearing good things about the local school systems, Grandma Nora enrolled Violet into Ashwood. Part of this, Violet believed, was because the school had dorm housing for the school year. So began her life at Ashwood. She was only 14 the only friend she had made turned out to be a vampire! Things became strange to her. She became even more withdrawn and wouldn't speak to her friend anymore in fear of him and the things he might have done to her since he admitted he had both fed on her and altered her memory.

Today she still remains at Ashwood the quiet little mouse that no one ever notices, except for the occasional boy from time to time who thinks she might be easily toyed with. For that, Violet tends to be very wary of boys in general.
