He's not bad looking at all and he screams 'bad boy' appearance complete with scars. If it wasn't for the scar running from under his right ear halfway across his cheek, most everyone would consider him a 'hunk'. Short black hair, dark alluring eyes, and a facial structure that turns bored into a really great grin in a matter of seconds. His skin isn't light or dark but naturally sort of olive and old tan. He's skinny with muscles, but is by no means sculpted, just sort of average works-out a couple times a week. Most people either think he's really good looking or sort of menacing - depending on his expressions he could play the boyish handsome or the rugged bad boy with a snarl. He wears band t-shirts (usually punk or unheard of metal bands from the 80s) and usually isn't seen without his black leather 50s style jacket.

You've probably seen him getting in trouble for smoking a cigarette on school grounds, but chances are you don't know Vinnie. He doesn't introduce himself to anyone (a social outcast, he doesn't even hang out with the other rejected 'bad influences' as the teachers dub his attitude) and no one knows he's a Hunter. He's your average teenage boy on the surface; Lazy. He doesn't like to clean and lets clothes pile up until they practically melt into a ball. Vinnie does not care much for other peoples opinions and speaks his mind in a rude fashion. When people think he's joking around he's really just being a sarcastic ass.

Vinnie's got street smarts, something a lot of kids at Ashwood lack due their rich parents and years attending Ashwood Academy, whereas he was raised in a trailer park and is only spending his last year of High School at the private school. He's been in more fights than most seventeen year old boys - he's been stabbed and had more than a normal kids share of concussions. His 'bad boy' apperance/attitude isn't just a look, it's built up from years of being picked on for being scrawny. He's vowed not to get involved with anything (as in no fights, no friends, nothing) at Ashwood so he can graduate and get out. Self control and the ability to take care of himself are his strongest traits. Vinnie is a Hunter and has trained himself in the art of hunting Night Worlders. He has a vast knowledge of combat against Night Worlders that are stronger, faster, and more able than he. Instead of a "buffy" sized vampire stake he carries shaved down pensils that are easily hidden in clothing and get the job done just as well and some bled in silver.

He's got a temper that flares up till his face is read and he goes berserk until someones laying down bleeding. He's secretly protective of his sister. He never shows his true feelings towards her and does nothing but argue and snip at her at every turn, but will go behind her back to scare the hell out of guys who have wronged her and has even went as far as to underhandedly ruin friends who had back stabbed her. Vinnie doesn't have many friends, so he's kind of a lonesome stranger, and although he might act as though its what he wants he really just wants to find someone, or a group of people, to accept him and understand. He also struggles with his grades and has been smoking cigarettes since he was 9.

Vinnie is the product of one of two one night stands between the same two people. His mother, a southern hair stylist from Georgia and his father a half Native American from the west. Four months after Vinnie was born his father came to meet him only to get Suellen pregnant a second time. He and his sister were raised by their mother and stayed the summer months with their father. It was through his early summers staying with his father that Vinnie first learned about Vampires. It started with weird memory losses with his sister and it ended in his first vampire kill. It took catching one and slowly killing it until he told him about the Night World. Everything changed.

He was picked up by a East Coast "Hunting" team and learned about Hunter Families, Organizations, and that he wasn't alone in the world of Rogue NW warriors. He trained with them after school and on the weekends. It was until his mother died in a car accident and he and his sister carted off to live with his father, who didn't know what to do with them, and was about to ship them off to a boarding school when other Hunters told him about Ashwood Academy. It cost a lot more than his father wanted to pay, but the other Hunters helped out. Vinnie, now on a secret mission at Ashwood Academy, has no idea what he's gotten himself into but he's damn excited about it.
