Personality: As sweet as pie and with a good reputation, Todd would probably fade into the background if he weren't the captain of the swim team, a first for someone who is only a junior. He's a nice guy and takes to leadership well, though he isn't always happy about it. Todd loves his freedom and is usually MIA during after school hours because he's out in the woodland of Graves Island, running around as a fox. With no beaches or sunny California weather, he still manages to keep a very relaxed disposition and doesn't like to put the pressure on anyone. He often uses words associated with surfers without meaning to, the slang has never rubbed off. Todd is constantly being asked out by girls and even though he doesn't always want to date them, he feels guilty about turning them down so he doesn't. He's usually stuck in some relationship he doesn't want to be in and is usually dumped, not that he cares.

Appearance: Todd used to be a strawberry blond, but after moving to New England from sunny California, his hair naturally turned a black color. His has a youthful face with a surfer build and kind eyes. Todd is not so much a "hottie" as he would be classified a "cutie" which he really doesn't mind. His hair is cut short save for the front which is kept longer and swept to the side usually. He has a few piercings include two on his bottom lips and plugs in both ears. He comes off as a rocker and skater, since he had to retire his surfboard and his Santa Barbara clothing style. Todd likes to wear comfortable shirts and jeans, and to his advantage he wears them in a style that accents the strong build that he has beneath the fabric. He prefers to walk around barefoot and hates to get dressed up, so his uniform usually looks half made up since he finds it so restricting.

Strengths: Tom is a smart guy, even though he doesn't always put the effort in it. Where his brothers are lazy about their school work and require tutoring, Tom makes do, and compared to kids from other schools he is exceptional. As a shifer he can run faster, hit harder, and sense everything much better. He also has sped up healing and if fed properly can heal in seconds. He uses his shifter strength and speed to assist himself in his obligations to sports. He also is not hindedered by the sun and is as strong during the day as he is at night. Todd's kind nature tends to have people gravitate toward him and sometimes bug him to do things for them, since he has a hard time saying no. Todd is also a secret romantic and loves to watch chick flicks on his own. He's not daydreaming for the perfect girl, but he is not afraid to be romantic if he does find a girl he thinks is worth the chase.

Weaknesses: Todd has a problem with silver, being a shifter and all, so he doesn't like it and avoids it. He's only responsible when he has to be, otherwise Todd is constantly forgetting things or events that would require his attention. If his heart isn't into it, than he won't do well. He's too nice for his own good, especially with girls and doesn't like turning down a girl, feeling that he may cause them emotional distress, thus he is usually pulled into a relationship he doesn't have feelings put into. Todd, being the son of a guy who got really lucky by winning the lottery, is usually looked down on because of that. He is considered more wild than other shifters because he was not given the same upbringing as others. But it's usually the school elitests and the ones who follow more of Night World law who have this viewpoint of him.

History: He was born and raised for the most part in Santa Barbara, California. Spending his days in school and evenings on the beach and in the water surfing. He always knew he was a shifter and actually preferred to be in his fox form above his human form. He would sleep in that form, curled up on his bad as a fox. His dad wasn't a gambler, but he but put a good deal of money into the lottery, enough that his wife demanded he stop since it seemed he would never win. However the last game he played, he won, and he won A LOT. Winning over 100 million dollars in one of the most highly sought after jackpots, Todd's father moved them all to Maine, hoping that a closer residence to Graves Island would assist in having his sons attend.

Todd was only a freshman when it happened and was suddenly plopped into an exclusive private school straight from a public school system. He had trouble adjusting, but found himself comfortable among the students who were primarily Night Worlders. His father invested his money wisely, at the suggestion of his mother, and Todd's father's fortune has grown, though Todd is still considered nouve riche.
