Ren is an everyday, average looking guy. He has chestnut eyes, dark brown hair, and stands at 5"7. He is athletic, and doesn't appear to be too muscular until you catch him with his shirt off. His arm muscles are defined from his work out regiment for the swim team, but his abs of steal are sure to make any lucky girl melt. Sometimes he liked to be clean shaven, but most of the time he lets a bit of facial fuzz show through. He's a jean and t-shirts type of guy when he's not in his uniform. You would never catch him in anything designer or too flashy.

Ren has a lot to hide from the everyday world because of his heritage. He learned from a very young age to hide his true identity, and put on a facade for everyone around him. On the outside Ren appears like a normal boy; he plays sports, talks about girls, and gets along with people. But on the inside his mind and heart a re a mess. He was raised to beleive the whole world is out to get him and his family, which is hard on anyones psyche. He feels like he can trust nobody, which makes him feel very lonely inside.

Physically he is very strong. He can run faster than the average night worlder, and has a lot of strength. Beyond his physical strengths he is a strong person inside as well. He has been able to hide his true identity for the past 17 years of his life, and he intends to continue that. He is a natural born leader, and hopes to soon find the courage inside himself to make a difference.

Fire and silver are the weakness of any shifter, including the prince himself. But beyond those physical weaknesses he has two major emotional weaknesses. the first issue is trust; since he is in a delicate situation he has been raised not to trust anyone, including his own family. While he may act like he trusts someone he is actually looking over his shoulder at all times making him paranoid. His second weakness is the inability to do anything. He truly wants to make his presence known and teach the Vampires and Witches that Shifters are their equals. But he can't for fear that someone will end the bloodline. A piece of him screams every time their race is mistreated. He truly wants to change the perception of the night worlders.

Ren was born and raised on a secluded Indian reservation in the wilderness of northern Nevada. While they appeared to live the simple life, In reality they were a powerful family hiding under the protection of the Night World Council.

Like any normal child he attended a local school, but under a false family name. He did well with academics, and he was the captain of the basketball team. But when a rumored Grimm was on the prowl in the state his world was thrown into a tailspin. His whole family was to be temporarily separated to ensure their survival. While he has no idea where his parents are, he was thrust halfway across the united states and given yet again a new name. The council arranged for him to be sent to the prestigious and quiet setting of Ashwood Acadamy. There he would pretend to be your everyday shifter student; hiding his secret from the administration, teachers, and students.
