Personality: Marianna is an all-around sweet girl. She could even be described as ‘the girl next door’ and also the type of girl all boys would bring home to their mother. She is outgoing, and could be described as popular. On the other hand, she is very selective when it comes to who she befriends. She is used to being burned by close friends, that she sometimes has trouble knowing whom to trust. She hates being vulnerable, especially when it comes to boys, so she tries to stay out of any situation where she could get hurt. She is always the girl who likes to help her friends with their problems, but will never tell anyone when she has personal problems. Marianna is very careful about getting bad attention, so she would rather stay out of the limelight. She does have a wild side but only her friends seem to know about it.

Appearance: Marianna is known as being quite attractive. She has long dirty blonde hair, which reaches a little bit below her shoulders. She is around 5’9, taller than most of the other girls, and is rather skinny. She is far from being anorexic, and takes good care of her body. She eats a good amount of fruit and vegetables and taking pilates. Maintaining her body and staying healthy are two things she values. She only indulges every once in awhile. Her skin has a sun-kissed look, mainly from lying out in the sun in the summer. She has two tattoos, one on her lower back of a butterfly, and one on her wrist of a cross. Marianna has her belly button and her ears pierced. She wants to get more tattoos in the future. Her sense of style varies outside of school, sometimes she will wear leggings with a skirt and a nice blouse, other times she will wear a pair of tight jeans and a tank top. She tends to like dressing up, and heels are the perfect accessory to any outfit.

Strengths: Marianna considers one of her strengths being that she is a ‘people person’, and loves to be outgoing. She is also very street-smart. She knows when to not go and do something. She thinks before she says something. When it comes to other people, its easy for her to know when someone is ‘bad news’ especially when it comes to boys. She tends to not follow trends and likes to encourage her friends to do things to broaden their horizons and try new things.

Weaknesses: She is not as smart as she would like when it comes to school. She has trouble mainly in Math and Science. She is one of those people who hate admitting when she is wrong, and never likes to go get help in school if she is having trouble. Boys are her weakness. She hates getting attached to a boy, because she knows that she’ll end up with a broken heart. There are times where she acts conceited and cold without knowing it, when she is around her friends.

History: Marianna was born and raised in Winthrop. She was the younger child of Stuart and Julie. She was always a smile child, who was able to light up a room with her big smile. She had an older brother who was killed in a hit and run. During her childhood years, she was never able to get over her brother’s death. She hid the pain away and didn’t even talk to her parents much about it. Her parents wanted to send her to Ashwood when she was old enough, since that was where they were going to send their son. She was always active in school and would always be the first one to participate in games. She was her middle school’s class president. When it came to boys, she was always shy. She had no guy friends until she attended Ashwood. She finally got rid of the shy aspect of her personality, and has changed quite a bit. She lives her life to the fullest, and is trying to make the best out of her last two years at Ashwood.
