Personality: Iris is one of the most influential as well as terrifying people in the group of "popular" people. She isn't popular because she's incredibly beautiful or she's a great person. She's popular because people are terrified of what she'll do to them if they don't suck up. She's selfish and always get what she wants, even if she has to bully it out of a person. Her words normally are biting and harsh, though in her eyes she's only be honest. She's unwittingly cruel, seeing her world through a skewed perspective. Most of the time she's straight faced and perfectly serious, a smile is rare and usually a bit twisted in its delivery. Iris has no problem telling people that they annoy her or that they should jump off a cliff now since she sees no point in their polluting the gene pool. She's an elitest and intelligent, if there is a game of politics to play, she's usually orchestrating things in the background.

Appearance: From a glance Iris is a petite girl with willow slim figure and large violet eyes. But it's more the way she dresses that allows her personality to shine through. EVerything she wears is kept in perfect order. From the hem of her skirt to her hair slicked back into a low ponytail. On the bridge of her nose sits a pair of unisex styled black frames. All of her clothes are always neatly pressed, and outside of her uniform she dresses very business like and neat. Basically, she looks like she's a uptight bitch. Her face is doll like though and if it weren't for the fact she wears her hair back tightly and refrains from make up, she could looked exceptionally pretty.

Strengths: As a witch she's got a good hold of what's going on around her. She's smart and with spell casting she is precise and exact with everything she does. Her affinity to water is strong, as well as spells that deal more with power than anything else. Iris is a perfectionist as well and won't take anything less than the best, and she won't allow herself to do anything less than her best. She is intelligent and a natural leader, control is what she's good at taking and keeping. She's a gifted writer and an even more gifted journalist. She can get information out of people without them realizing, and she doesn't need to use magic to do it either. Iris is intimidating and can be scary as hell, even football players back down to her 5 feet in height.

Weaknesses: She's got a nasty temper and comes off as a bitch more often than not. Her temper manifests itself with a cool control that is much more frightening than any screaming or yelling others are capable of. She may be influential but she's the kind of popular person that most people don't like. The one who has power, knows this, and uses it for their own personal gain. Her friends are few, but that doesn't mean she's teased. If anyone bullies, she does, and does it to those people who happen to piss her off that day. She doesn't realize how mean she actually is and honestly finds her spurts of anger and cruel words to be justified in everything she says or does. She's also a horrible cook, which she is trying to remedy by taking a cooking class, but it may as well be hopeless. She's great with spellworking but can't for the life of her bake a cake.

History: She was born to a male witch who ended up marrying her Harman mother. Where both of her parents were blonde haired with soft natural tans, Iris was born with the same natural tannish color and sunshine blond. And when she opened her eyes, she had the same violet color as her mother. Even as a child Iris showed she was different than the rest of the girls, and at a young age she showed signs of becoming a great leader. Unfortunately her attitude developed in a way where it caused arguments with her family and she drifted. Instead of becoming part of Lune Pâle like the rest of her family, she joined with the Nuit Noire coven.

In high school started her ambitions to get out of Winthrop and see the world seemed to fuel her studies. She began working hard and climbed to the top of the class, her sophmore year she ended up becoming Editor of the paper after she pretty much bullied him into handing it over to her. Some called it a hostile takeover though the newspaper started to do much after after she took the reins.
