Fry's hair is a natural red color and worn a little long, and often looks like a "just came out of bed" sort of style, because it is. He is by no means a typical sort of handsome, but people can find him attractive. He's off beat and wears clothes that are often washed three times over to ensure cleanliness, as well as latex gloves on his hands when he goes to his classes. He's relatively tall, standing around six feet and two inches in height, and towering over his younger sister. His body shape is lanky but built, though his face a little worn from all the worry he does.

Mental illness runs in Fry's family line so he's usually heavily medicated, but it doesn't stop some of the his ticks. He's terrified of germs, shying away from others and physical contact in general. Fry is socially inept for the most part, but not nearly as bad as he used to be, which is saying something. He struggles with the everyday battles since his phobia cripples any every day sort of habits that most people have. He's a nice guy, once you get past all the weirdness and that in itself is a feat difficult to manage. He mostly keeps to himself and looks upset or torn between staying or running away. Fry attempts at being socialable but always cracks when it comes time to shake hands or give the other person a hug. He is never without a can of Lysol and a bottle of hand sanitizer for emergencies.

When push comes to shove, he is willing to sacrifice himself for those he cares about, and he really does want to have friends, but all those germs! Fry is sincere when he speaks with others and is never afraid to be who he is, even if it means that he won't have friends in the process. He's a good student in most classes, except ones that he has to get dirty in, in those he is a complete disaster. When he does stuff, he means well and doesn't always do it right, but most people see his desire to be nice.

He has a severe phobia of germs (mysophobia), so he is always washing his hands or just avoiding physical contact in general. He wears latex gloves on his hands and won't shake hands with people or even slap another student a high five. Fry struggles with functioning every day, he is terrified he's going to get some disease from anyone or anything and therefore struggles to make any sort of friend. He had to go through psychotherapy and be institutionalized to get him to a somewhat normal state. He also struggles with being a vampire, since it is a very unsanitary sort of species to be.

Friday comes from a line of family that suffer from mental illness. Even as a child he was abnormally neat and even if a speck of dirt was on his shirt he would change it immediately, even if he was too young to even attempt to pull his clothes over his head. His dad was a religious fanatic who also happened to be a shape shifter, his mother an alcoholic who used booze to forget about her problems. Friday usually kept to himself and his germaphobia got worse as he got older. When his father was finally institutionalized, Friday and his sister went to live with their aunt, who happened to be a shifter. None of the children knew then.

In high school the occasional girl would take interest in Friday but he was terrified of the germ exposure and avoided them like the plague. But it was one vampire girl that refused to take no for an answer. She fed on him and the more he resisted her, the more she pressed until in her anger and strange obsession she transformed him into a vampire. She put him in a shallow grave and he clawed his way to the surface, and she taught him what it was to be a vampire.

His sister took the news hard and went inside, Friday's own mental state worsening. The school finally had to institutionalize him when he came to school wearing a home made bubble to keep the germs out. They took him kicking and screaming off campus and it was after a year of intensive psychotherapy that he was stable enough to return to school. He's restarting his senior year, still suffering from his phobias and superstitions, but luckily has his sister to help him deal with it.

It was a chaotic encounter when Wren Lancaster brought over gifts for Friday that led to his discovery that she wasn't just another witch. However, the news that they were soulmates is a hard pillow for Friday to swallow so he decided they should stay friends.
